Nutritional Information
You must maintain a healthy diet and perform some type of cardiovascular activity in order to see results from exercising. When you do decide to eat junk food, only eat a sensible portion and not everyday.
Suggested Eating Times
You should eat at least 5 times a day consisting of 3 reasonable meals and 2 snacks between the meals. However, keep in mind that HNS stands for Healthy, Natural, and Safe, so by no means should you ever force yourself to eat if your not hungry.
Early Breakfast: 6 a.m. – 7 a.m.
* Breakfast: 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.
* A.M. snack: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
* Lunch: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
* P.M. snack: 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
* Dinner: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Late evening snack if needed: 8 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Late Dinner: 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Cut meal portions in half.
