BACKGROUND:

HNS-Fitness, LLC, founded in 2008, is a Health and Fitness Consulting company with its headquarters located in King of Prussia, PA. The company was founded by me, Jon Lee, CEO and owner. I have many years of experience in physical fitness dating back to when I was 10 years old. What started as a fitness hobby would end up defining who I am to this very day in the health and fitness industry. I started HNS-Fitness because I love living a healthy life and I want to help others live a healthy life also.

HISTORY:

I officially started training and pursuing my dreams June 30th, 2008 when I received my INBF (International Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness) Amateur Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness Card. At that moment I realized my passion for starting a fitness company and to achieve my ultimate goal of opening my own gym. After doing considerable market research in the health and fitness industry, I realized there is a need for an online training fitness business that specializes in providing positive motivating solutions to individuals who want to live healthier life but have a hard time getting motivated.
